A year ago me and my team from @thelasttropicalglaciers spent two weeks in Colombia, so kindly invited to join #cumbresblancascolombia, a citizen science project aiming to preserve the last tropical glaciers of the country.

We installed two @enlalps time lapse cameras there to monitor the fast retreat of the glaciers. Our friend Dr. Jorge Luis Ceballos has managed to recover images from the first camera at the volcano Santa Isabel in the Los Nevados National Park, and this week he is in the El Cocuy mountain range recovering images from the second camera!!
